Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

We have made order cancellation simple and convenient. You can cancel your order from your Order History page:

Orders can be cancelled any time before delivery.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, a Cancel button will appear against the order.
Simply click the button to submit your cancellation request.

For orders that have not been delivered, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped (status: Shipped or In Transit), we will request our logistics partner to return the package. Refunds will be initiated once the return process begins.
If the shipment is delivered before it can be returned, we will not be able to process the refund.

You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS once your cancellation is successful.
You will receive another message once the refund reference ID has been generated.
Refunds generally appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

However, we will gladly provide a replacement if a request is made within 7 days of delivery in any of the following situations:

Our customer support team may request additional information before approving the replacement.

Once approved, a new order ID will be created and displayed in your Order History.

In rare cases, payment partner issues may delay refund processing. If this happens, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 86558 59842. After verification, a separate refund link may be provided within 24 hours.
Any balance added to the digital wallet cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
